If you make a referral regardless if we work togther or not you are also automatically an Advocate and will be entered to win my Advocate Appreciation Grand Prize Giveaway.

If you are already an Advocate you are entered to win because you have referred me to an associate in the past. If that referral and I have closed on a property together, then your name will be entered three times for each referral you've made which has led to a closed sale or purchase. If you've made two referrals I've closed on over the years, then your name will be entered six times (better odds); if you've made five it will be entered fifteen times (even better odds!).

Your name will continue to be added for any upcoming referrals until the drawing is announced and the winners are named. If you've made a referral and we close before the draw date, you will be qualified for the triple name entry. Note, my business advocates (lenders, bankers, attorney's) do not qualify for this offer.

The Grand Prize will be a Cruise for Two Adults for 5 days and 4 nights to the Bahamas, Western
Carribbean or Mexico. The voucher is transferrable if you want to give it as a gift.
The second prize will be a bonus of 3000 points to be added to your current points total
